1.锂离子电池生产设备

(Li-ion battery production equipment)      

锂离子电池生产过程中所用设备的总称,包括检测设备、浆料制备设备、极片制备设备、芯包制造设备、电芯装配设备、干燥注液设备、化成分容设备、电池模组组装设备等。   

The collective term for the equipment used in the production process of lithium-ion batteries, including testing equipment, slurry preparation equipment, electrode preparation equipment, core manufacturing equipment, battery assembly equipment, drying and injection equipment, formation and capacity grading equipment, and battery module assembly equipment, etc.    


2.上料系统

(feeding system)    

将正极或负极原料(包括活性物质、导电剂等)通过计量系统按照设定配比输入到搅拌设备内的整个过程所有设备的总和。   

The entire process that involves inputting positive or negative electrode materials (including active materials, conductive agents, etc.) into the mixing equipment through a metering system based on a preset ratio.    


3.高速分散设备

(high speed dispersion equipment)   

利用设备高速运转产生的离心力将浆料中的团聚物、大颗粒打散,实现超细分散的专用设备。   

Special equipment that utilizes the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to disperse aggregates and large particles in the slurry, achieving a highly fine dispersion.    


4.真空搅拌机

(vacuum blender) 

一种集分散、混合为一体的专用机械设备,适用于锂电离子电池正、负极材料的混料。   

A specialized mechanical equipment that combines dispersion and mixing into one and is suitable for mixing the positive and negative electrode materials of lithium-ion batteries.    


5.极片涂布机

(coating machine)   

将糊状聚合物、熔融态聚合物或聚合物熔液涂布于铜箔或铝箔上制得复合材料(极片),并带烘干功能的专用设备。   

A specialized equipment with drying capabilities for applying a paste-like polymer, molten polymer, or polymer melt onto copper or aluminum foil to produce composite materials (electrodes).    


6.极片辊压机

(electrode rollerpress) 

将连续卷绕极片通过辊压的方式,完成极片所需的压实密度的专用设备。   

A specialized equipment for continuously rolling and compacting electrode sheets to achieve the required density.    


7.极片分切机

(electrode slitting machine)    

将连续卷绕极片通过分条刀分条为电池制造所需的极片宽度的专用设备。

8.隔膜分切机

(separator slitting machine) 

将整卷筒状的锂电池隔膜分切成用户所需要的宽度的专用设备。

9.极片冲切机

(electrode punching machine)    

将连续卷料极片通过成型刀板冲切的方式,完成叠片所需的片状正、负极片的专用设备。

10.极片滚切机

(electrode slitting mill)  

将连续卷料极片通过滚刀切的方式,完成叠片所需的片状正、负极片的专用设备。

11.极片五金模切机

(electrode hardware die cutting machine)    

将连续卷料极片通过五金模切的方式,完成叠片所需的片状正、负极片的专用设备。   

A specialized piece of equipment that cuts continuous rolled electrode sheets into the sheet-like positive and negative electrodes required for stacking using a metal die-cutting method.    


12.极片激光模切机

(electrode laser die cutting machine)  

将连续卷料极片通过激光切割的方式,完成叠片所需的片状正、负极片的专用设备。   

A specialized piece of equipment that uses laser cutting to transform continuous rolled electrode sheets into the sheet-like positive and negative electrodes required for stacking.    


13.极耳连续焊接机    

(continuous welding machine for tab connection)    

将极耳焊接在极片上,并且在极片上的工艺要求位置贴保护胶带的专用设备。其中极耳、极片、保护胶带均可实现自动备料。   

A specialized machine that welds the tab onto the electrode sheet and applies protective tape at specified locations on the electrode sheet. This machine can also automate the material preparation for tabs, electrode sheets, and protective tape.    


14.极耳超声焊接机   

(ultrasonic welding machine for tab connection) 

将极耳与连接片通过超声焊的方式进行连接的专用设备。

注:一般有两种方式:1)先用超声焊将极耳和连接片焊接完成之后,再通过激光焊方式与电池盖板连接;2)连接片直接复合在电池盖板上,直接通过超声焊的方式将极耳与电池盖板上的连接片连接。   

A specialized machine that uses ultrasonic welding to connect the tab with the connecting plate.
Note:There are generally two methods: 1) Ultrasonically welding the tab to the connecting plate and then connecting it to the battery cover using laser welding. 2) The connecting plate is directly bonded to the battery cover, and ultrasonic welding is used to connect the tab to the connecting plate on the battery cover.    


15.滚压分切一体机

(rolling cutting machine)  

将连续卷绕极片通过辊压的方式,完成极片所需的压实密度,并通过分条刀将压实后的极片分条为电池制造所需的极片宽度的专用设备。   

A specialized machine that utilizes rolling pressure to achieve the required density of the continuous wound electrode sheets and subsequently uses a slitting blade to cut them into the required widths for battery production.    


16.极片五金模切极耳成型机

(die cutting machine for tab forming)      

将连续卷料极片通过五金模切的方式,完成卷绕所需的正、负极片的专用设备。   

A specialized machine that uses die-cutting methods to obtain the positive and negative electrode sheets required for winding from continuous rolled electrode materials.    


17.全自动卷绕机

(automatic winding machine)    

将带状正极片、负极片、极耳、隔膜等料卷,安装在固定装置上,自动实现送入、卷制、剪切、粘贴胶带及在线检测,完成芯包生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for the production of cell cores that automatically feeds, winds, cuts, applies tape, and conducts online inspections of rolled electrode sheets, separator materials, tabs, and more.    


18.半自动卷绕机

(semi-automatic winding machine)   

将正极、负极带状单元片人工辅助送入,带状隔膜料卷安装在固定装置上,自动实现送入、卷制、剪切、粘贴胶带,完成芯包生产的专用设备。   

This is a specialized equipment that manually assists in feeding the positive and negative strip unit pieces, installs the strip diaphragm material roll on the fixed device, and automatically realizes the feeding, rolling, cutting, and pasting of tape to complete the core package production.


19.激光卷绕一体机

(laser cutting winding machine)   

将正极片、负极片、隔膜等卷料通过激光切割分条为电池制造所需宽度的带料,并完成卷制、剪切、粘贴胶带及在线检测,完成芯包生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for cell core production that uses laser cutting to divide the positive electrode strips, negative electrode strips, separator material, and other rolled materials into strips of the required width for battery manufacturing. The machine then completes the winding, cutting, tape application, and online inspection to finish core production.    


20.自动叠片机

(automatic stacking machine)     

送片机构将正、负极片与隔膜交替堆叠在一起,形成多层叠片芯包的专用设备。   

A specialized machine with a feeding mechanism that stacks positive and negative electrode sheets alternately with separators, forming a multi-layered stacked core for the battery.    


21.卷绕式自动叠片机

(automatic winding stacking machine)   

将盒装正、负极片和隔膜卷料固定在指定位置,自动实现正负极片交替送到卷绕式叠片头、卷绕式叠片头旋转实现隔膜对正负极片的包覆、切断隔膜和贴胶,完成锂离子电池叠片芯包生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine that fixes boxed positive and negative electrode sheets and rolled separator material in designated positions. It automatically feeds positive and negative electrode sheets alternately to the winding-type stacking head, where the separator wraps around the positive and negative electrode sheets, cuts the separator, and applies adhesive, thus completing the production of lithium-ion battery stacked core.    

22.Z字型自动叠片机   

(Z-type automatic stacking machine) 

将盒装正、负极片和隔膜卷料固定在指定位置,自动实现正、负极片交替送到往复移动的叠片台上、隔膜放卷呈 Z 字绕行将正、负极片分开、外包隔膜、切断隔膜和贴胶,完成锂离子电池芯包生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine that fixes boxed positive and negative electrode sheets and rolled separator material in designated positions. It automatically alternates positive and negative electrode sheets to a reciprocating stacking platform. The separator is unrolled in a Z-shaped path to separate the positive and negative electrode sheets, wrap around the exterior, cut the separator, and apply adhesive, thus completing the production of lithium-ion battery core.    


23.制袋式自动叠片机    

(automatic pouched stacking machine)    

送片机构分别将袋装正极片和负极片交替送入叠片台堆叠在一起,如此循环设定的次数后,完成锂离子电池叠片芯包生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine that alternately feeds pouch-packed positive and negative electrode sheets onto a stacking platform. After repeating this process for a set number of cycles, it completes the production of the lithium-ion battery stacking core.    


24.切叠一体机

(cutting and stacking machine) 

将连续卷料正极片、负极片、隔膜通过成型刀板冲切成所需的片状叠片,并完成正、负极片与隔膜交替堆叠在一起,形成多层叠片芯包的专用设备。   

A specialized machine that takes continuous rolled positive and negative electrode sheets along with a separator, uses a die-cutting tool to punch them into the required sheet-shaped stacks, and then alternately stacks positive and negative electrode sheets with the separator to form a multi-layered sheet core for battery production.    


25.方形制片卷绕一体机

(prismatic tab forming and winding integrated machine) 

将带状正极片、负极片料卷完成自动焊接极耳或激光切割极耳,并将隔膜等料卷,安装在固定装置上,自动实现送入、卷制、剪切、粘贴胶带及在线检测,完成方形锂离子电池芯包生产的专用设备。    

A specialized machine for the production of square lithium-ion battery cores. It takes the sheet-like positive and negative electrode materials, performs automatic welding or laser cutting of the electrode tabs, and also handles the rolled separator and other materials. The machine automatically feeds, winds, cuts, applies adhesive tape, and performs online inspections to complete the production of square lithium-ion battery cores.    


26.圆柱制片卷绕一体机    

(cylindrical tab forming and winding integrated machine)

将带状正极片、负极片料卷完成自动焊接极耳或激光切割极耳,并将隔膜等料卷,安装在固定装置上,自动实现送入、卷制、剪切、粘贴胶带及在线检测,完成圆柱锂离子电池芯包生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cores. It processes the rolled sheet-like positive and negative electrode materials by performing automatic welding of the electrode tabs or laser cutting of the tabs. 27.方形全自动卷绕

(prismatic automatic winding machine)

A specialized machine for the production of square-shaped lithium-ion battery cell pouches. It involves mounting rolled sheet-like positive electrode materials, negative electrode materials, separators, and other materials on a fixed device. The machine automatically feeds the materials, winds them into the desired configuration, cuts them, applies adhesive tape, and performs online inspections to complete the production of square-shaped lithium-ion battery cell pouches.    


28.圆柱全自动卷绕机    

(cylindrical automatic winding machine)     

将带状正极片、负极片、隔膜等料卷,安装在固定装置上,自动实现送入、卷制、剪切、粘贴胶带及在线检测,完成圆柱锂离子电池芯包生产的专用设备。  

A specialized machine for the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell pouches. It involves mounting rolled sheet-like positive electrode materials, negative electrode materials, separators, and other materials on a fixed device. 29.极耳预焊裁切机 

(tab pre-welding and trimming machine)   

将卷绕后或叠片后的芯包,安装在固定装置上,自动实现极耳的整形预焊及极耳工艺尺寸的裁切,完成芯包生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for the production of cell pouches. This machine is used to mount the wound or stacked cell pouches onto a fixed device. It automatically performs pre-welding to shape the tabs and cuts them to the required dimensions, completing the production of cell pouches.    


30.极柱焊接机

(terminal post welding machine)

将预焊裁切后的极组,安装在固定装置上,自动实现极耳与极柱的焊接,完成锂离子电池极组生产的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for the production of lithium-ion battery electrode groups. This machine is used to mount the pre-welded and trimmed electrode group onto a fixed device. It automatically performs the welding of tabs to the poles, completing the production of the lithium-ion battery electrode group.    


31.盖板与转接片焊接机    

(welding machine for cap plate and connector    

将电池盖板、电池转接件,安装在固定装置上,自动实现电池盖板与电池连接件焊接的专用设备。

32.极组包胶机

(jelly roll pack wrapping machine)

33.极组包膜机

(jelly roll pack coating machine)

34.自动入壳机

(jelly roll pack automatic inserting can machine) 

将极组、电池壳体安装在固定装置上,自动实现极组放置到电池壳体的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for assembling the electrode assembly and battery casing. It mounts the electrode assembly and battery casing on a fixed device and automatically positions the electrode assembly into the battery casing.    


35.激光盖板自动焊接机   

(automatic laser welding machine for cap)   

将铝壳电池盖板、铝壳壳体,安装到固定装置上,通过激光焊接的方式,自动实现盖板与壳体的熔接的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for mounting aluminum battery cover, aluminum shell casing, and using laser welding to automatically achieve the fusion of the cover and casing.    


36.电池泄漏检测机

(leakage detector)     

将已封装或焊接后的电池,通过负压或惰性气体进行腔体的密封性检测的专用设备。

37.X-Ray 检测机

(X-ray detector)

将芯包或极组放置到固定装置上,通过低能量 X 光透视的方式,自动实现被检测芯包或极组活性材料的相对位置及尺寸的专用设备。   

A specialized machine for placing the core pack or electrode assembly on a fixed device and automatically using low-energy X-ray imaging to detect the relative position and dimensions of the active materials in the core pack or electrode assembly.    


38.圆柱电池自动入壳机

39.圆柱电池底壳焊接机

(bottom welding machine for cylindrical cell)

43.全自动注液机

(automatic electrolyte injecting machine)   

将电池安装到专用夹具上,电解液通过计量泵自动加注到电池腔体内,加注前让电池腔体形成负压的环境,加注过程中采用正压的方式让电解液充分浸润到芯包中,根据工艺要求可多次加注、多次循环的专用设备。   

A specialized device for placing batteries on dedicated fixtures, automatically injecting electrolyte into the battery compartment using a metering pump. Before injection, the device creates a negative pressure environment in the battery compartment, and during injection, it uses positive pressure to ensure thorough impregnation of the electrolyte into the core pack. 45.圆柱电池套膜机

(plastic film machine for cylindrical battery)     

将已清洗后的圆柱电池、电池标示膜,安装在固定装置上,自动实现电池标示膜套到电池壳上并自动热缩成型的专用设备。

46.铝塑膜成型机

(pouch forming machine)

在软包装电池制造过程中,将卷料的铝塑膜材料放置到专用的冲压模具中,自动实现电池铝塑膜成型的专用设备。   

A specialized device used in the manufacturing process of pouch batteries to place the roll of aluminum-plastic film material into dedicated stamping molds, automatically achieving the forming of the battery's aluminum-plastic film.    


47.软包装全自动封装线   

(automatic packaging line for pouch cell)  

将芯包和已成型的铝塑膜,放置到固定装置上,自动实现铝塑膜封装(包含铝塑膜的顶侧封、底封及检测)的专用设备。   

A specialized device used to place the pouch cell core and the pre-formed aluminum-plastic film onto a fixed apparatus, automatically achieving the sealing of the aluminum-plastic film (including top and bottom sealing) with the addition of a testing step.    


48.软包装电池除气封装机

(degas packaging machine for pouch cell)    

将已完成注液的软包装电池,放置到固定装置上,自动实现负压环境下电池封装的专用设备。   

A specialized device used to place the pouch cell after electrolyte injection onto a fixed apparatus, automatically achieving the sealing of the cell in a negative pressure environment.    


49.软包装电池切折烫一体机  

(cutting-folding-hot integrated machine for pouch cell) 

将已完成封装的软包装电池,放置到固定装置上,自动实现电池切边、折边、烫成型的专用设备。   

A specialized device used to place the sealed pouch cell onto a fixed apparatus and automatically perform edge cutting, folding, and heat molding of the battery cell.    


50.平压机

(jellyroll pressing machine)  

将芯包或极组,放置到固定装置上,自动实现平压整形的专用设备。

注:该工序有热压、冷压方式,需根据设计要求及工艺规格进行。   

Place the core package or electrode assembly on the fixed device, which is a specialized equipment that automatically accomplishes flat pressing and shaping.
Note: This process can be carried out through both hot pressing and cold pressing methods, depending on the design requirements and process specifications.    


51.OCV 测试机

(OCV testing machine) 

在电芯制造过程中,对电芯开路电压进行测试的专用设备。

52.打标机

(laser marking machine)

将电池放置到固定装置上,通过激光的方式自动完成电池标示的专用设备。

53.化成机

(formation machine)   

电池制造过程中用特定的充放电工艺将电池激活的专用设备。

注:电池化成分为开口化成和闭口化成,这两个工序采用同种类型的化成设备。开口化成还可配备负压功能,提升排气能力。可通过设备参数设定动态修改充放电电流、截止电压、充放电时间、电压施加的压力、电池温度、分次注液等外界条件。 

Specialized equipment used in the battery manufacturing process to activate the battery through specific charging and discharging processes.

Note: Battery activation includes open-circuit activation and closed-circuit activation, and both processes use the same type of activation equipment. Open-circuit activation may also include a negative pressure function to enhance exhaust capacity. The equipment allows for dynamic adjustment of parameters such as charging and discharging current, cut-off voltage, charging and discharging time, applied voltage pressure, battery temperature, and incremental liquid injection, among other external conditions.    


54.分容机

(capacity grading machine)

电池制造过程中对同类批量电池基于充放电容量进行分选的专用设备。
注:可采用放电截止电压、定点电压、区间电压、曲线拟合等多种容量分选手段。   

Specialized equipment used in the battery manufacturing process to sort batches of similar batteries based on their charge and discharge capacities.
Note: Various capacity sorting methods, such as discharge cut-off voltage, specific voltage points, voltage ranges, curve fitting, and more, can be employed.    


55.真空负压化成机

(formation machine with vacuum negative pressure)  

将电池放置到固定装置上(专用夹具),在真空负压的环境下进行电池的充放电工艺实施的专用设备。 

Place the batteries onto a dedicated fixture and carry out the battery's charge and discharge processes in a vacuum negative-pressure environment using specialized equipment.    


56.真空干燥炉

(vacuum drying oven)

锂电池制造过程中,将电池放置于密闭的腔体内,在真空的环境下通过加热方式进行电池干燥的专用设备。   

During the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process, place the battery inside a sealed chamber, and use specialized equipment that employs heating in a vacuum environment for battery drying.    


57.隧道式烘干炉

(tunnel oven)      

锂电池制造过程中,将电池通过类似隧道的烘干箱体进行电池干燥的专用设备。   

During the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process, use specialized equipment, similar to a tunnel-like drying oven, for the battery drying process.    


58.接触式烘干炉

(contacting oven)   

采用接触式加热方式实现对电池干燥的专用烘烤干燥设备。

59.锂离子电池制造制氮系统 

(Nitrogen production system for Li-ion battery manufacturing)       

锂离子电池制造过程中,完成制造所需的氮气的专用设备。   

During the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process, use specialized equipment to generate the necessary nitrogen gas required for the manufacturing.    


60.锂离子电池真空干燥隧道炉    

(vacuum drying tunnel oven for Li-ion battery manufacturing)

锂离子电池制造过程中,将电池放置到专用夹具上,在真空的环境下通过加热方式进行电池干燥的专用设备。电池及夹具在完成此工序是动态运行于隧道式的腔体中。

61.锂离子电池制造真空系统
